The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Patient Wellness Coordinator. This position is responsible for the oversight of patient’s wellness projects ensuring that conceptualization, design, implementation, monitoring and project activities are carried out. With the goal and purpose of cultivating interest and encouraging patients to create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Computer Technician

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Computer Technician. The Computer Technician’s role is to support and maintain in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance. This person also assists in maintaining all forms of telecommunications and Audio Visual Systems such as telephone, fax, voice mail, electronic mail, paging and cellular telephones.

Medical Data & Referrals Specialist

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Medical Data and Referrals Specialist. This position coordinates referrals from Redding Rancheria Tribal Health Systems to other health care providers for patient care that is not performed at the Health Center. Referrals are made to providers such as physicians, diagnostic facilities, radiology, laboratories, and hospitals.

Full Scope X-Ray Technologist (CCHC)

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Full Scope X-Ray Technologist. The Full Scope X-Ray Technologist provides comprehensive diagnostic radiographic services and supports patient care within the Tribal Health Clinic setting. This position is responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images, ensuring patient safety, and accurately documenting and transmitting imaging studies through the electronic health record (EHR) and PACS systems. The technologist collaborates with on-site providers and a contracted radiologist who provides formal interpretation of imaging studies.

Medical Scribe (CCHC & RRTHC)

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Medical Scribe. Medical Scribes are individuals trained in medical documentation who assist a provider throughout their shift. The primary goal is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the physician. It will be the responsibility of the Medical Scribe to annotate any dictated or written information for the treatment of patients following all local, state, and federal guidelines for documentation into the electronic health record system. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for clearly recording each patient's symptoms, history, physical exam, sending referrals, ordering labs, ordering x-rays, and documenting the diagnosis. This position will have no direct involvement in patient care, but has an interdepartmental role in assisting nursing and front office staff.

Medical Assistant

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Medical Assistant. Under the direction of the assigned Nursing Supervisor and/or Director of Nursing, the medical assistant works as an integral part of the healthcare team, responsible for the facilitation and delivery of high quality, direct patient care.

Bus Driver

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a bus driver. The bus driver is responsible for daily transportation of children and parent volunteers. Responsible for the daily smooth and safe operation of bus and bus route. Major emphasis is on safety.

Dentist (Trinity)

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Dentist for our Trinity Health Center in Weaverville, California. They will provide dental care services to patients within the clinic service area, and assist the Dental Director with the coordination of administrative procedures.

Tribal Member Youth - (For Redding Rancheria Tribal Members Only)

Redding Rancheria Tribal Youth Members, ages 11-23, have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience/ career training by working for the Redding Rancheria or one of its economic enterprises. Typically, Tribal Youth employment occurs during the summer break but this program is offered year round. There are no restrictions on the maximum number of hours they can work.

Information Security Engineer

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Information Security Engineer. The preferred schedule for this position is Monday- Friday 8 am to 5 pm. The Information Security Engineer is responsible for safeguarding the organization's digital assets by designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures. This role involves conducting comprehensive risk assessments, vulnerability testing, and penetration testing to identify and mitigate potential threats. The engineer will develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards while maintaining up to date knowledge about emerging security trends and technologies. Additionally, they will play a critical role in incident response, ensuring timely and effective mitigation of security breaches. The Information Security Engineer contributes to maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the organization's sensitive information and systems.
