Nursing Supervisor

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Nursing Supervisor. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, the Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the direct supervision and oversight of assigned nursing staff. They assist with resolution and/or follow-up of patient complaints, maintaining smooth clinic operations, and provides support to facilitate orientation of new nursing staff. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day activities of the nursing staff and leads by positive example, demonstrating a supportive culture to team members while working to support operational goals as set by the Organization and/or Director of Nursing.

Medical Scribe

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Medical Scribe. Medical Scribes are individuals trained in medical documentation who assist a provider throughout their shift. The primary goal is to increase the efficiency and productivity of the physician. It will be the responsibility of the Medical Scribe to annotate any dictated or written information for the treatment of patients following all local, state, and federal guidelines for documentation into the electronic health record system. The Medical Scribe will be responsible for clearly recording each patient's symptoms, history, physical exam, sending referrals, ordering labs, ordering x-rays, and documenting the diagnosis. This position will have no direct involvement in patient care, but has an interdepartmental role in assisting nursing and front office staff.

Community Health Worker

The Redding Rancheria is seeking a Community Health Worker. The Community Health Worker will be responsible for acting as a bridge between healthcare providers and the community to facilitate access to services and improve the quality and cultural competence of service delivery. This role will focus on community outreach, preventive health education, basic diagnostic procedures, and patient monitoring.

Tribal Member Youth - (For Redding Rancheria Tribal Members Only)

Redding Rancheria Tribal Youth Members, ages 11-23, have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience/ career training by working for the Redding Rancheria or one of its economic enterprises. Typically, Tribal Youth employment occurs during the summer break but this program is offered year round. There are no restrictions on the maximum number of hours they can work.
