: Under the direction of the Director of Informatics the Quality Improvement Manager (QIM) plays a vital role in developing and managing the continuous quality improvement and quality assurance programs within the Redding Rancheria Tribal Health System (RRTHS). The Quality Improvement Manager manages the performance of health center quality improvement activities, provider quality reviews, establishes and monitors quality improvement goals, and organizes outcomes research. This position is an integral part of improving overall clinical quality measures and will oversee the development of clinical and operational reports; clinical compliance with HEIDS / GPRA measures and regulatory requirements to enhance patient outcomes and meet organizational goals.
